Above any and all interviewing tactics, methods of "selling ones self" or any other catch-phrase of the job market, I am a human being. I relate to other humans the way that I myself would like to be. People and businesses alike have needs, no matter how insignificant they may be to another person the fact of the matter is, those needs are important to someone. I take great pride in the ability to work with people on a personal level and come to resolutions where all parties are considered and the least amount of negative impact is exemplified. In this day and age of multi-media communication methods far to often it is forgotten that there is a human on the other end of that voicemail, email or fax and after all aren't we all in business to fulfill the needs of people?
